How do I get started with Loyal Care?
Call (678) 457-2779 or send the form. We set up a free care assessment at your parent's home, answer your questions and write a care plan with you.
Is the care assessment free?
Yes. The Loyal Care care assessment is free and there is no obligation.
How soon can care start?

Care and caregivers
Is Loyal Care a medical home health agency?
No. Loyal Care LLC provides non-medical home care. We help with daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, company and rides. We do not provide nursing care, therapy or medical treatment, and we do not diagnose.
Does Loyal Care provide 24-hour home care?
Yes. Loyal Care LLC offers hourly visits, overnight care, 24-hour care and live-in care.
Do caregivers give medication?
Loyal Care caregivers remind your parent to take medication as prescribed. They do not give injections or decide doses.
Are Loyal Care caregivers background checked?
Every Loyal Care caregiver passes a background check before their first visit. [VERIFY]
Do caregivers have dementia training?
Yes. The Loyal Care team has specialized dementia and Parkinson's training.
Can we change the care plan later?
Yes. When your parent's needs change, we change the plan with you. You can add hours, add nights or change the help given.

Cost and payment
How much does home care cost?
Loyal Care LLC charges by the hour. Our hourly rate starts at [VERIFY]. You get the full cost before care starts.
Does Loyal Care accept Medicaid, Medicare or VA benefits?
No. Loyal Care LLC is private pay. We do not accept Medicaid or VA benefits. Medicare generally does not pay for non-medical home care.
Does long-term care insurance pay for Loyal Care?
Some long-term care insurance policies pay for non-medical home care. Check with your insurer what your policy covers.

What are your office hours?
The Loyal Care office is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
